Data centre cooling components

Data centre cooling systems are unforgiving: a single fouled plate pack, leaking bellow or untreated chilled-water loop can cascade into thermal trip on a hall. Our equipment is selected and fabricated against tier-rated availability targets, with concurrent-maintainability in mind.

Twin-sphere rubber expansion bellows isolate chiller and pump vibration from the fabric of the building; flanged stainless steel joints absorb thermal movement on long chilled-water risers; gasketed plate heat exchangers form the interface between primary refrigerant skids and secondary CRAH rings; and side-stream filtration plus controlled chemical dosing keep dissolved-oxygen and Langelier index inside the manufacturer's warranty envelope.

Every assembly is hydrostatically pressure-tested in the UK and supplied with 3.1 material certificates, ready for FAT witness if your project requires it.
